Not quite a torpedo boat, but close, if not better, come to think of it. Seriously, it's all about adapting, fixing, and inventing combinations, you find an old hull from a speed boat and a turret from a knocked-out tank, and somehow you put together a "tank-boat" to destroy (sink) enemy ships. Who doesn't like lego, and who doesn't know about the fun of making things up will lose pieces of legos from assets of all kinds. In a way, I'd like real-world transformers or mixed lego sets. It's all about repairing, upgrading, and repurposing any and every weapon that ever was.
However, there is an unlimited amount of leftover weapons (left out by the failing states) that are there for anyone to get. The world in the fictional part beachhead is such that there are no standing estates, no standing armies, nor military-industrial complexes of any kind.
